The granted patent confirm that this invention is new.

The known equipments copies the industrial methods in a miniature form. The closes prior art is the US2016/0280527A1 solution for producing capsule-based alcoholic beverage. However this solution uses also fermentation and the primary ingredient is the yeast. The process requires at least several days, the equipment is large, expensive and produces several portions at a time.

Other solutions

LG “NESPRESSO” (VIDEO) and an article about it. It produces 7 liter beer within 2 weeks.

HEINEKEN “NESPRESSO” (VIDEO) which is not more than a 8 litres barrel beer taped on site.

DRINKMAKER or Drinkworks made cocktails, but not tailor-made beers, anyway it disappeared from the market.

FREZZIO is same as the Drinkmaker, but for now they have only recalled the devices sold. It’s weight is 19 kg (BesBeer only 3 kg), needs 230V power (BesBeer 5V), contains flammable R290 propane gas, requires a large space and expensive. The capsule is made from glass (100gr) instead of alu (8gr). It makes only a poor reproduction of some existing beers, which the customer can buy in a store and is not appropriate for making tailor-made beer.
